My first steps in Mae Geri : Originally intended for the video "The Pedagogical Way" Vol 1, this series of educational organized in progress addresses a simple approach to set up with inexpensive materials: Plastic bottles. But don't be fooled, it's not just about hitting a bottle on a bench, this is only the surface of the issue. The logic of this sequence is more subtle and formative for students.

Here are what we could conceive of as clever educational situations because they have essential characteristics: attractive and varied. Everything you need to satisfy karate for children, teenagers and even adult beginners.
The first technical learnings : The pedagogical effectiveness of this progression is particularly interesting. Whatever the profile of the students (children, teenagers, adults), these exercises have demonstrated rapid acquisitions on the technical level: Dissociation of arms / legs - motor path of the limbs, thus making it possible to maintain a high level of motivation even within purely technical learning for beginners. The most interesting thing is certainly related to the fact that these learnings (Tsuki and basic blockages) are experienced through a DUO relationship (Work with partner) allowing to acquire skills in terms of distance management.
